PayPal Mastercard not working

Anyone else getting a paypal credit card update error? When I deactivate and reactivate, it doesnt even show that account as part of my profile

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing these issues with your PayPal Mastercard accounts. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Help > About Quicken. What is the connection method that you have set up with your Paypal credit card? What error message are you receiving when attempting to run a One Step Update or an individual account update?
