Union Bank Download transactions

My union bank transactions not downloading. This occurs during update and when manually downloading from Union bank

My transactions are not downloading either. There is no message to indicate why this is occurring.0

No, no error codes0 -
I use Union Bank also, but none of my accounts are updating, not just UB.0

Thank you all for responding and confirming that no error codes are being received.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

I have the same issue. I reset the connection link and still no errors however it didn't show up on the list of accounts . It looks like it goes through without error but that is not the case..0

error.. I mean the list of accounts updated after the update session0

@"Quicken Anja" I followed your instructions but still no new transactions downloaded. I did however get duplicates of some transactions from 2021.0

What is interesting, I am clearing transactions manually based on my online data. Once done, I use the manual reconcile tab and it reconciles with online balance. There seems to be some aspect between union bank and quicken that are connecting.0 -
I am having the same issue. One step update completes with no error messages but my transactions from Union Bank are not there. It's been about a week this has been happening.0

I am also having this same issue. Tried the recommended step of siging out of the data file and signing back in. Still no transacations downloaded0

I am having the same issue. I updated the transactions & backuped on Aug 21 and then I updated the software on Sep 2 and pulled transactions and just got the 4 days. It pulled my credit union accounts through Sep 2 and not the Union Bank ones. It pulled transactions though Aug 25 and nothing past that.0

I am also with this issue. No transactions downloaded since Aug 25th. I have already called do Quicken 3x, made everything they asked to, but it is not working yet. I also reported the problem in the system, but no answer...0

I had the same issue but today my Union Bank transactions downloaded as per normal. I hope the same goes for everyone else.1

Mine uploaded as well. Thanx for letting us know. It would be nice to know why it failed the first time and is working today. I assumed it was the new software update. But that would been they changed something and didnt let us know...0
