Chase messed up download and quicken charged me $400

The Chase update really messed up my quicken downloads and quicken charged me $400 to fix and it is still wrong. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have sent you a direct message, requesting that please provide the contact information that you used to contact Quicken Support as Quicken Support does not charge for support. If you have been charged, it is more than likely that you contacted a scam company pretending to be Quicken.

The safest thing to do would be to wipe the machine and start over, but in truth most likely they were just after the money and didn't do anything else.Signature:
