Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I can't download from my bank. Quicken keeps asking me to link it to the account, I do that. It asks again and then tells me that it has downloaded transactions to an account that doesn't exist. I had just updated to the latest version. Anyone else having this problem?

Alberta Treasury Branch - I don't think the issue is with them, I believe it is with Quicken!0

Maybe not! I can download from Scotia Bank with no issues. I will contact ATB0

Thank you for providing more information.
We do recommend requesting to speak to a supervisor or a tier 2 agent when reaching out to financial institutions because they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.

I can download other accounts from ATB, just not the MasterCard0

After numerous times of telling it what account it should go to, I get the following:
Your financial institution has downloaded data for an account that does not exist in your Quicken data file. [QL-362-A] [QL - 362 -B}. I can download another credit card account from ATB with no issue0 -
Do you think this is a bank or a quicken issue?0
