Chase Accounts not updating

I went through the process of reauthorizing my Chase accounts. It worked for a few days but now I'm not getting any connection to Chase. When I do a one step update, there are no errors indicated but my Chase accounts are not listed on the "financial institutions updated" screen. I've not had a successful update since 9/16

    Chase indicates that my accounts have been authorized and are connected to their corresponding account nickname in Quicken

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing these issues with downloading transactions from your Chase account(s).

    We do currently have an active alert regarding Chase users being unable to download transactions. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
