Subscription renewal

Received notice Quicken would auto renew soon and wanted to make sure card on file was current. Logged into my account and and went to my profile, clicked on My Account and get a blank page. Need help with retrieving my information on my account.

    Is it possible that you have more than one account (Quicken ID) at
    Are you a Canadian Quicken user?
    The ID used at the Quicken Community is supposed to be the same as your Quicken ID ... but not always ...
