Acorns setup fails

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have tried on two different occasions to set up my Acorns account in Quicken Windows version, which is an option. It goes through the process of having me put in my credentials. I even get a text with the six number verification to put in and when it goes through that then we get the same error code CC- 501. This happens every time I try to add acorns whether it’s today a month ago or two months ago.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
As stated in this support article regarding error CC-501, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.
Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to further investigate the issue and will then likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.
