Can't reauthorize Discover Bank

Options
I performed an OSU for Discover Bank and received a message that I needed to reauthorize. Clicking on the Reauthorize button does nothing. Edited the account details to deactivate download. Tried to reactivate but received a CC-503 error (credentials work on the Discover Bank website). Anyone had success reauthorizing Discover Bank?

I contacted Discovered Bank support, and they advised me, "As of 9/27/22 Discover Bank no longer utilizes Quicken or Quickbooks services through our download services." So, they no longer have qfx downloads as a manual download option on there banking website either. I had to do all of my Discover account(s) transactions manually today.

If any more of my financial institutions start dropping support for Quicken transaction downloads, then I might as well start using Spreadsheets instead.

@DaWeav Discover still supports Express Web Connect (They did drop Direct Connect and Web Connect/QFX file).

You should be able to deactivate your account for downloading and then use Tools -> Add Account to setup again.  Be sure to link to the existing account when it gets to the point were it shows the online account.

Thank you, but I'm one of those people who will never use EWC.

I've been reading a lot of your posts about the new EWC+, and see that you are using it with a FI that supports it. Thank you for all the posted about EWC+ since I'm not seeing anything from Quicken explaining it in such detail. After reading a lot of your post about EWC+, I would probably use EWC+ since I was just using Direct Connect for downloading transactions anyway, but Discover isn't offering it. I like the idea of not sharing my FI username/password to use EWC+, and it probably helps solve the FI 2FA dilemma with basic EWC as well.

@DaWeav I understand, maybe you might be interested in my program (ImportQIF, which is free) to convert from CSV to either QIF or QFX which you can then import into Quicken.  You can get it at: https://www.quicknperlwiz.com/
