Error CC501 when updating Truist checking account this morning

Received the error CC501 saying there was a problem updating because of a error on the Quicken Server - and to contact Quicken support to resolve. One transaction did download, but error notice didn't go away. Second attempt to download transactions got the same error code.

As stated in this

regarding error
CC-501
, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact
Quicken Support
directly for further assistance.
Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to further investigate the issue and will then likely be required to file an escalation in order to have it successfully resolved.
