R44 - No real time quotes as described in release notes?

Release notes for 44.20 state "For investment customers, Real-time quotes are now available." But that option isn't shown in my copy of Quicken Deluxe.

Please define "investment customers". Who gets real-time quotes?

    Just downloaded and installed 44.20. Same problem. No online quotes option shown.

    Real time quotes not showing under preferences>investments, no check box?

    Pending transactions not downloading?

    Hi--I'm looking forward to using realtime investment quotes. I just updated to WIndows R44.20//27.1.44.20. I'm in preferences/investments and don't have the option to use real time quotes (The preferences haven't updated.)

    I've seen this reported by a different user who was using the Deluxe version.  I wonder if this might be restricted to Premier and above.  What version are you using?

    Is anybody here running Premier or higher version?  I'm guessing that it might not be showing up in Deluxe?

    Interesting--I didn't see anything in the release notes saying it was only for Premier users. I'll doublecheck.

  • I have Premier and Release 44.20 did add a "Real-time quotes" check box at the bottom of Edit > Preferences > Investments > Other preferences. I haven't tried using it, so don't know if it works or not.

    It did say "Investments" users. I think perhaps whoever wrote the release notes did not use terminology consistent with product naming. It makes sense to me that it would be a Premier feature, but it does not say that.

    I just upgraded my Quicken Deluxe to R44.20 build 27.1.44.20 and the notes said I can now get real ytime quotes rather than 15 minute delayed quotes but I do not see the setting to get the real time quotes.  Please advise how to change

    Pending transactions were being added automatically in the past, but seemed to have stopped. Now we have the option to display them, or not, but they're no longer downloading? At least, that's my impression.

    Used the real time quotes. It added prices to some of my 401k accounts that did not make sense, and afterwards crashed the computer.

    The release notes really should state if this is a Premier of greater feature if that is what they intended.
