Chase accounts will not update. Why?

I have done the "conversion" prior to the 26th and things seemed to be working OK except some accounts were created twice. Once with the name I gave them and once with a name Quicken (or Chase) gave them. Since last weekend I can no longer get updates on Chase accounts. I get asked to enter passwords but there is no place to enter a password. The system should be using the passwords in my Quicken Vault, right? I still am getting the message to reauthorize but that does nothing to make it better. What do I do to get this problem of Quicken fixed?
