Quicken is Broken - Problem Switching Bank of America to EWC+

I keep trying to upgrade my connection to my Bank of America accounts. I get a window that instructs me to sign in on the bank-hosted sign in form, but then the window just spins and nothing happens. There is no bank-hosted sign in form anywhere. Then, Quicken quits responding altogether and I have to close it down. This is getting to be quite frustrating.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue with authorizing your Bank of America accounts. 

    If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the spinning window that you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
