invalid credentials on mac

i have been using quicken successfully then just yesterday i started getting the invalid credentials message. after reading many of your older chats with similar complaints, and after changing my password one last time, i left it for more than 2 hours before attempting to log in but the message persists. i use Quicken version 6.10.2 on a IOS Ventura 13 and i am subscribed to your starter annual package
