Voya for Ball Corporation not connecting

After selecting the account and entering the username and password the system attempts to connect then gives the following error:
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to connect the Quicken servers at this time. Do not contact Ball Corporation for assistance. They cannot fix this problem. Please try again in a few hours. Thank you for your patience".
I've tried this for several weeks and it never works. I contacted support and they said call back later.

If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation.
