Teachers Credit Union of South Bend Indiana have changed there URL from tcunet.com to onlinebanking.tcunet.com. I'm no longer able to download my accounts in Quicken because of this change. I contacted TCU of South Bend (more than once) and the last message I got from them says "It is up to Quicken to update our URL in their system". Could you please reach out to TCU and make this change. My last contact was an email from D.Lewis at [Removed - Email]. Thank You P.Zehner

    Hello @pgz1950@,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken. For more detailed information regarding this topic, please take a moment to review the section titled "How can I fix an incorrect Homepage URL?" found in this support article.

I do apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you.

Forum Moderators sometimes review issues discussed here and refer them to Development, but if you want Quicken to work on a problem, I recommend you contact Support via phone. Be sure the support agent understands the problem and gives you a ticket number for future reference. You should also use the Help > Report a Problem menu in Quicken to submit the issue online. In your submission, be as clear and thorough as possible. Reference the ticket number and provide a link to this discussion. Provide step by step instructions to reproduce the problem. You will not get a response to an electronic submission, but they say they review and prioritize the submissions.

just to clarify - Quicken is a financial services company and financial institutions contract and purchase from Quicken different levels of downloading support.... Of course the financial institution is responsible for sharing with Quicken all the required information - AND when things change - provide the updated information to Quicken.
Not sure what your downloading problem might be - the Quicken entry appears updated ???
The 1st URL is the public web browser portal...
The 2nd URL is the internal one used by Quicken...
So - what happens when you try downloading via Quicken One Step Update ?

I'm having the same issues. Really frustrating. I feel like we are paying a fee for the Quicken service. It seems like Quicken reaching out to TCU would have much more impact that a single individual.

Quicken user for over 20 years. TCU customer for 7. I will be neither if this isn't resolved by Dec 15, 2022.

Appears that TCU changed the "locks" and the Quicken "key" doesn't work anymore....

Had a meeting at TCU main office downtown South Bend. Was told that they are working on it. Here is a copy of the responce I got back later in the day.

    Hey Patrick!

Alex here from TCU. Regarding Plain and QuickenLoans to resolve this issue takes some hefty development. We don’t anticipate it being fixed for several months

Has anyone heard an update? Is the answer still "several months"?

Update. I just found an update in another post that works. You need to deactivate online for the existing TCU accounts, then reactivate and choose the following bank info (from the multiple Teachers Credit Unions in the search results). Not sure how well search works in quicken, so if you don't see this entry then may reduce your search terms.

    Teachers Credit Union WebConnect <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.tcunet.com/" title="Link: https://www.tcunet.com/">https://www.tcunet.com/</a>; 800-552-4745

This worked for me also. You need to add a new account and search for Teachers Credit Union WebConnect. I also deactivated my old TCU accounts in Quicken before adding the new.
