Bank of America EWC+ seems broken

For the past while I have received no new transactions on my credit card account. No errors, just 0 transactions. I tried resetting the account (Edit account / online services / "Reset account") but it made no difference. (Fully updated Quicken and Win 10.)
Chase Bank has a similar problem with EWC+. I have been getting weekly messages since mid-September: "ONGOING [date] This issue is ongoing, at the moment. Our teams will continue to work toward a resolution, although there is no ETA regarding when this will be…" . Is the same thing going on with BofA?

Hello @JBL in AZ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community regarding this issue.
We do currently have an ongoing alert regarding Bank of America users being unable to download transactions after performing the migration. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused in the meantime!

So now two of the biggest banks in the country, Chase and BA, are having this problem with EWC+, one for almost two months, and no progress and no ETA for a fix.
I would seriously suggest you withdraw EWC+ and let us return to EWC for these banks (and postpone any other planned migrations).0 -
@“JBL in AZ” Quicken Inc doesn’t have such authority. The financial institutions decide what they are going to support and when they are going to do it. Quicken Inc can only follow. It is probably one of the biggest reasons they never have ETAs on such things. It is mostly an Intuit (their aggregator) and the financial institution that do most of the support for this.Signature:
