PenFed and MassMutual stopped connecting

I have been using Quicken on my Mac for sometime downloading from both PenFed and MassMutual and they have both stopped connecting with the same exact message "aggregator_in_error"

  • Hello Jasmine: Thanks for the reply. Here is a screenshot. I just did the most recent update and this message looks different than what I was receiving a couple of weeks ago. As I mentioned, this account was previously connected with no issues.

    Thanks for providing those screenshots and more information. 

    I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an FDP-102 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
