One-Step Update continues spinning endlessley

All accounts show the update as 'Complete' yet the One Step Update continues spinning and there is no 'Cancel' or 'Complete' option to close the update process.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

:/ I have been experiencing the same issue Rafi. Your solution did not work for me. It would not allow me to switch user name because it is in update mode.0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community and adding to this discussion.
You will need to close Quicken first (end with task manager if you have to), and when reopening Quicken, perform the steps I provided in my previous response first before initiating a One Step Update.
