Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Getting CC-505 downloading transactions from Ally Bank for 2 weeks no. Deactivated account and reactivated it but still experiencing problem. All other accounts downloading without issues.

I have located a support article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-506 error. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. It is advised to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
