Claim by Quicken Jared that issue has been resolved in not correct.
BoA sends email of confirmation of consent to share data with Quicken but data is not downloaded.
Quicken should extend the license for all who have been affected by this issue

Hi @"wayne2003 ,In order to permanently fix your problem with Bank of America - All other State, do the following:
- Deactivate all Bank of America Registers in Quicken.
- Next, close and reopen Quicken,
- At the Top, click File > New Quicken File > Dot New Quicken Account and click OK.
- Click bank of America Icon.
- Follow onscreen instructions:
- Click Sign in
- Remember to link Correct Accounts.

Problem has not been fixed. Quicken Support was unable to help, just wasted a lot of my time.0

Problem fixed! Kaspersky Safe Browsing was preventing Quicken from linking to BoA.0
