Share transfers between Schwab accounts are not being downloaded. Anyone else have this issue?

I transferred shares between Schwab accounts.  It is done correctly by Schwab, and shows on their website.
But Quicken is not downloading these transactions.  No sign of the transfers.
Other transactions (e.g. Dividends etc) are working correctly.

    Hello @bobbakerarizona,

Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the Charles Schwab Investment account(s) to see if it produces the same issue with share transfers not downloading. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:
    1. Choose File menu > New Quicken File.

Advanced Data File Troubleshooting to Correct Problems With Quicken for Windows

    1. Select New Quicken File.

    1. Click OK.
    2. In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.

Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you.

    1. Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.

Advanced Data File Troubleshooting to Correct Problems With Quicken for Windows

    1. Select to not use Mobile.
    2. Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.

After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.

Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.

    I tried your recommended approach.
But the test file doesn't look anything like my Quicken file.  I can't even find the register for an account.  I looked, but I don't see it. I see some sort of dashboard. But no account register.

    This didn't work.

    Hello @bobbakerarizona,

    Thanks for reaching back out.

First, you will need to add the Schwab Investment account(s). You can do this by navigating to Tools > Add Account and then signing in using your bank credentials to begin online services in the test file. Once you add the account(s), you should then be able to navigate to the register to see if the share transfer transactions are appearing.

    I hope this helps!

Before I wrote my response, I had added three accounts to Quicken.

And I couldn't see a register.  Just some sort of dashboard.

    Hello @bobbakerarizona,

    Thanks for providing more information.

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of what you described seeing? Please remember to redact personal information such as account balances and account information. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I've already spent too much time trying to debug it.
Guess I'll just manually enter the transfers and move on.
