After updating to 6.10.3, why is quicken super slow and can't find my cloud account?
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Could you please provide further clarification regarding the issues that you are experiencing? Does Quicken experience slowness when you are trying to execute certain functions? What do you mean it cannot find your cloud account?
I look forward to your response.
I get the dreaded spinning color wheel any time I click on an account or menu. What used to be instantaneous now takes a minute. Quitting quicken now takes a minute or more and does not say it is backing up my files.
When I try to update my accounts, I get a window stating: Cloud account not found. Quicken cannot find a corresponding cloud account. Click "set up a new cloud account to resolve the issue." However, when I click that link nothing happens.0
Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connect Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
- Sign Out...
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
- Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in
Let us know how it goes!
The new quicken update fixed the issues, but I did need to reconnect my accounts.0
Thank you for the update! Glad to hear the issue is resolved.-Quicken Anja0
