How do I create a budget when the site won't allow me to "create budget"?

I am currently using the online version. All accounts have been synced. When I go to "Create Budget" and select the button for it, it does nothing. How do I fix this?

    Thank for you telling the Community about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    Since you posted in the "Quicken on the Web" category, please be aware that creating budgets is not possible from the Web App. However, since you mentioned seeing a button for "Create Budget", I believe you may be referring to the Desktop program rather than the Web app. Could you please confirm?

    It may also be helpful if you could provide a screenshot. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
