how to delete data sets from the cloud

I have Quicken R46.12 Build 27.1.46.12 running on Windows 11.

I want to delete all of my data sets from the cloud. "Edit> Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts" no longer gives me that option. How can I delete all data sets from the cloud?
