Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I ave Quicken Premier. My membership is active until 2024. verified by logging into quicken and checking the website. But now it's expired.
Is here a problem with the authentication servers?

hank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.- Navigate to the Quicken dropdown menu
- Sign Out...
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
- Follow the prompts to be taken back to your data file after signing in

Is it possible that you have more than one Quicken ID?
Are you a Canadian subscriber trying to work with a US account?
