    Hello @Myself#13,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. Which financial institutions are you experiencing this issue with? What is the connection method with said financial institutions? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Do you receive any error codes or messages? Do you operate any antivirus or malware protection programs on your device?

I look forward to your response.

    Hello @Myself#13,

    Thanks for reaching back out.

If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Also which instance are you using in regard to your Citi Cards and what is the connection type? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. The financial institution instance would be the name that was shown when you originally connected your accounts (see below).

I look forward to your response.
