The code suggests I have to deactivate every fund and then reactivate. But that seems wierd. never have had this issue before

    Hello @jbing,

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Vanguard? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I look forward to your response.

    Hello @jbing,

Thank you for providing more information.

This issue usually occurs when account information is out of sync with the bank server. The information can become out of sync for a number of reasons. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with an OL-362 error message. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).

    I hope this helps!
