Attachment causes hangup

When adding an attachment to a transaction a cloud animation appears and the program hangs. Requires Task Manager to exit. When restarted the attachment has been added to the registry entry.

    If you don't mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the cloud animation that appears that you described above? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    I have the same problem. Dragging the PDF file instead of using the drop down menu and "file" does not change anything. Quicken freezes and I have to force it to close. Each time the file is there as an attachment.
