Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with Merrill Lynch? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? How long has this issue been occurring?

The connections is direct connect. The message I get is we were unable to connect to MerrillLynch Investments. This is usuadlly a temporary issue. Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again or you may need to log into the Merrill Lynch website to confirm that you are a valid user. I did log into their website without any problems. This has been happening for 3 days;.
