Quicken Online Service Unavailable At This Time

I patiently waited 30 minutes, and am still getting the message attached. I have Quicken for Windows QW 27.147.15.

With not being able to download from Fidelity NetBenefits and now this, do I get an extension on my subscription for downtime?
