Citi Online Biller is Discontinued for Quick Pay Payments.

We have been informed that Citi Online Biller has discontinued support for Quick Pay payments as of today, 14 March 2023. You should still have visibility of your bills if the account is connected to Quicken. Quicken will put the impacted bill in an error state and you will be able to update the connection by selecting Fix It.

New users will still be able to add their bills as normal by going to the Bills & Income tab and selecting the + sign to add a new bill.

The Fix It flow release has been delayed until 3/22/2023. You may see your bills in an error state until this fix is released.
