Hello @Rick.H,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
We will need some additional information in order to better assist you further.
Aside from not being able to download transactions, are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when attempting to download that you could provide us with here, please?
Thank you!

I use the verson Quicken Home, Business & Rental Property. It did at one time work but I think the linked checking account lost the link or somthing like that. I am not receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) when downloading. I use the and shows a green checkmark and under Merrill Lynch Investments says 3 accounts updated (See balow).

Thank you for following up.
To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
I hope this helps!-Quicken Anja

Hello Anja,
Ok I tried as you requested but the same. If you notice in the screenshot I included (below) it says 3 Merrill accounts updated. The checking isn’t even appearing here, it would be the 4 account and it’s called “Dora's ORIG Broker Tran Linked 7007”.

A linked checking account doesn't really exist. It's the cash portion of your taxable brokerage account.
The linked account txn are downloased as part of the brokerage download and automatically moved to the checking account.
The graphic that we need to see is TOOLS, Account List, and click EDIT adjacent to the accounr that's supposed to have checking. We don't need to see the Account Number, just the left side of that dialog.
