Quicken for Mac - USAA Download errors
I continue to get errors on Quicken when downloading. What is Quicken doing to resolve this issue and make it worth renewing Quicken? This has been going on for Months now without resolution. There was "supposed" to be a new partnership between USAA and Quicken which I have yet to see. It is VERY important that USAA and Quicken resolve this as I suspect there are a large number of USAA Customters impacted by this issue.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with USAA? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. What are the error message(s) that you are receiving? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions?
If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message(s) that you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
