Cannot connect to Insperity 401K

Recently I am unable to connect to my Insperity 401K. When I get the security question screen I am unable to see the security questions and have no other options. I am using Quicken Mac v6.12.5 (Build 612.47953.100). Is there any work around or resultion for this?

    Since the issue happens in a new file also and has been persisting for at least 48 hours, I would recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

    Hello @MattP,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.

    To clarify, you are attempting to add an account with Insperity and are receiving blank boxes when attempting to answer your security questions?

    If so, then I suggest creating a test file and attempting to add the account(s) to see if the same issue occurs. You can create a test file by navigating to File > New > Start from Scratch. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).

    Hi Jasmin,

    I tried creating a new file by I get the same question window. I used to have this account connected but that stopped about 4 months ago. Now the program won't let me reconnect the account or setup a new Insperity connection. Any other ideas?
