Bills & Income - "Date must be before..."


Was paying bills this evening and for my Citi card, I clicked "Pay with Quick Pay" and the Pay Date says "Date must be before 03/15/23" . This is April 1, 2023, so that date is about 2 weeks ago.

If I change the date to the invalid 03/15/23 date, i get the message "Date must be today or later".

I can't get any date to be accepted. Help!

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Citi no longer supports QuickPay; you can see the announcement here. Are you able to pay using CheckPay? Have you tried deleting and re-adding the biller?

    Also, please keep in mind that if your due date is coming up soon, to avoid late penalties or fees, it may be wise to use your bank's bill pay or authorize direct debit through the biller's website.
