Does anyone have any updates to this? Are we all still stuck with not being able to update a product we've paid for?? This is rather ridiculous.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though we apologize for the inconvenience.
The status of the Alert you referenced is still ongoing, and a fix is underway though unfortunately, we do not have an ETA or any additional information or updates to share. As stated in the last update from 1/30/2023, “no ETA or further details are available at this time, and this Alert will be updated once more information, updates, etc become available”.
Please continue to refer to the Alert for updates.
