Once again TRUIST is down, Error Message OL-220-A0

Not able to download Truist transactions both yesterday and today, April 24-25. Error message "Error has Occured.". Frustrating!0

Interesting: I got the error recovery to work but when I went to send the payment instruction to TRUIST, it failed.
Apparently, QUICKEN sends the payment instruction to its servers but when the bank rejects with an OL-220-A, the instruction - with the original payment date - remains on the server. Come back a day or two later and successfully complete the error recovery then follow with a regular update, the payment instruction is rejected because the attempt takes place too late for the dated instruction already on the server,
I deleted the original payment request and then recreated it with the corrected date.
The transaction went through.0
