PayPal credit - CC-502 error
Connection lost to PayPal credit account for the last 2 weeks. Connection to PayPal regular account is ok. I have tried everthing I can think of can anyone help?

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with PayPal? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. If you don’t mind, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message you described receiving? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Downloading PayPal Credit has been giving errors for over a month now. I continue to get the CC-502 error when trying to reactivate One Step Update.

I have located a Support Article that discusses some troubleshooting steps to take when presented with a CC-502 error message. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
