A line item in my budget is negative, but it should be showing a positive number. Why?

In my line item for office supplies, I budgeted 1500....minus my expenses thus far I should show 669. However, it is showing negative 1121.

Please take a look in the Category List (from the Tools Menu).
If the Office Supplies category defined as an Expense category or as a subcategory to an Expense parent category?

And, yes, an image snapshot of what you're seeing would be helpful.
