Unable to add Lowe's Business Credit Card

I am unable to add my Lowe's Business Credit Card. I get the message:
"Did you mistype your sign-in info? Please re-enter your credentials for Lowe’s Credit Center."

I've tried all 3 of the Lowe's account options and the Synchrony Bank Credit Card. The Commercial Card option just hangs trying to connect. That one has an onlinecreditcenter6.com URL though which doesn't match the URL I use the login to my account. I've checked I'm using the right login and I'm able to login at https://lowes.syf.com/commercial/

    As harebrained as it may sound … have you tried using Guitar Center Credit Card?
    There are/were some old discussions here in the Community where some logon problems with Synchrony cards could be solved by using that connection.

    If that doesn't work, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Report an Online Banking issue and let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

Based on the URL you mentioned you log into on the financial institution site, it sounds like you would be using the Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony) connection.     I am still unable to add this card. I tried again once I saw https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7933242/new-4-11-23-lowes-commercial-card-synchrony-fdp-102/p1?new=1 was marked as resolved, but I am getting:

    Care Code: FDP-101

    General error. General Script Error
