Quicken Suddenly Changed the From Account
Paying my blils this morning and noticed Quicken changed the 'From account' in several of my Bill Reminders. Quicken changed them to my savings account when it should have renained my checking.
Any idea why this happened? Now, I'm no young chicken any more, but I'm possitive I didn't do this, I would never have done this.
Any idea why this happened?

Try Validating your file to see if corruption was the cause.

Hello @James114,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Was there anything that happened just before the issue started, such as a power surge, power outage, update, unexpected program or computer shutdown, etc? Do you keep your Quicken file on your C drive or is it on a shared network drive? Is your Quicken file synced with any cloud service, such as One Drive or Dropbox (if it is, you will usually see the service name listed in the file location)?
The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit. It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.
If your file is on the C drive, since you already tried a validate and it didn't help, the next step would be to restore a backup from before the issue started.
Thank you.

My Quicken file is on a partition (D:) of my ssd.
I did need to get a new mother board because of a corrupt BIOS image. I was trying to update the BIOS from Windows Update>Advanced Options>Optional Updates. The BIOS update didn't work.
I was having other issues prior to this.
Manage Manual Bills and Income always adding bills to suggested reminders.Other than this it was working fine.

Thank you for your reply,
Since a validate did not correct it, I would recommend restoring a backup from before the issues started (if possible) and see if the issue is resolved in the newly restored file.
Thank you.
