Why is support turned of at 3;30pm ept on a wed

    You posted this Thursday afternoon but refer to Wednesday. I can't spoeak to yesterday, other than that I didn't read any reports of outages yesterday. Did you try today? I just checked, and both phone and chat support seem to be available at 3:30 pm today.
