I am also experiencing issues trying to download transactions from Truist. The Quicken error message that I receive is OL-220-A (attached screen grab)
Truist connection: Direct Connect
Quicken software information:
Quicken Deluxe
Version: R48.18
Build: 27.1.48.18

We do currently have an active alert regarding Truist users receiving an OL-220 error message. You may follow this link to access that alert where you may bookmark it in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur. If you do not see the bookmark option, please make sure that you are signed in to the Quicken Community.
