Problems connecting to American Express

The new connection type is not working. Every time I start Quicken it rebuild the connection and leaves off the AMX loans. I am having to use the old two factor type.

    I'm having the same problem. This is quite irritating. If I have to manually put in all my transactions, I might as well use a cheaper product.

To better assist you, I need more information about what is going on. Are you getting error messages and/or error codes when trying to connect or update your American Express accounts? Are you able to provide screenshots (with personal information obscured or blurred out) of the issues you're running into?
