Hello @ronbadtke,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What exactly is occurring when attempting to download transactions? What is your connection method with Fox Communities Credit Union? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you for your reply,
If it is saying don't add to Quicken, that means Quicken thinks the account is already connected in your Quicken. What you will want to do to correct the issue is pay attention to the nickname it shows to the left of "Don't add to Quicken". That nickname is the account Quicken thinks your savings account is connected to.
Once you know what account Quicken thinks the savings account is connected to, you can backup your Quicken file, deactivate the account, then go to Tools>Add Account, search for the financial institution, and follow the prompts to connect your savings account to the correct nickname in Quicken (Note: if it is seeing the wrong account to link to or is trying to add instead of link, you can hit the dropdown, select Link to existing, then select the correct nickname from the list).
Thank you.
I'm glad to hear you resolved the issue.
