Hello @daddyrit05,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Could you please clarify what issue you are encountering? Are transactions downloading into Quicken? If so, what is happening when they download? If not, are you getting any errors? What does the One Step Update Summary show?
Thank you.

Have multiple accounts. Most have automatically posted transactions for paying bills and transferring - both internal and external to BECU. 1 step update shows completion of x (all Becu accounts) as updated no errors and 0 updates. Selected accounts with previously manual transfer action are not shown as completed (small c).0

Thank you for your reply,
Are the transactions downloading, but not automatically matching up with the manual transactions in the register, or are certain transactions just not downloading at all?
Thank you.

transactions already posted to account prior to download as they are calendar based. Download usually just "c" them0

additional information. The update process is also not downloading new transactions - Ps there are over 10 accounts involved at BECU. Other banks seems to be working correctly.0

Hello @daddyrit05,
Thank you for providing more information.
First, I suggest creating a test file and adding the BECU account(s) to see if it produces the same issue with transactions not downloading. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps in the event that you would like to return to your original starting position. Below are instructions on how to create a test file:
- Choose File menu > New Quicken File.
- Select New Quicken File.
- Click OK.
- In the File name field, enter the name of the new file, then click Save. Use a name like "Test File" to tell it apart from your main file.
Don't use any of these characters: * ? < > | " : \ / (asterisk, question mark, left and right-angle bracket, pipe, straight quotation marks, colon, BACKSLASH, FORWARD SLASH). Also, don't add the .qdf extension; Quicken does that for you. - Sign in with your Quicken ID. If you are prompted to create a Quicken ID but already have one, click Sign In under the Create Account prompt.
- Select to not use Mobile.
- Click Add Account to start adding accounts to the new file.
After adding accounts, see if you are experiencing the same problems in this test file.
Please let me know how this goes, I look forward to hearing your response.-Quicken Jasmine
