Account Always Opens to an Old Transaction Gone with QM Version 7

This is a followup to the closed issue "Account Always Opens to an Old Transaction (Q Mac)" dated February 9, 2023. The issue stopped occurring for me when I upgraded from QM 6.11.3 to QM 7.0.0. I didn't see a fix that seemed specific to this issue, but the unexpected behavior stopped occuring.
