Quicken Mobile overwriting transactions in Quicken

Earlier this year, my computer crashed. Luckily, I have a backup of my files and was able to restore most of them. Once I filled in the remainder of the items and tried to Sync with the Mobile App, the Mobile App will overwrite files or change dates on files. How can I fix this? I looked through the discussions, but could not locate any information. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. If the information in the app is outdated and the information in your Quicken file is the most current, then you would want to reset the cloud to clear out the wrong information and replace it with the correct information from your file.
To do that, first you will want to backup your file. Then go to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web and click the blue link that says Reset your cloud data.
