Quicken Upgrade Deleted Six Months of Transactions

I upgraded to the latest Quicken. Once I did that, I got a popup that said multiple accounts were missing. I restored from backup, and my accounts are all missing the last 6 months of transactions. Each account has a red circle with a slash through it. I tried restoring from different backups made over the last six months, including both from my computer and from backup removable drives. All restored backup files are now all missing the last six months of transactions. They worked before the update. Please advise.

    I tried reauthorizing transaction downloads through multiple accounts to see if I could at least download the missing transactions. No connection renewals were allowed, all attempts resulted in a cc501 error at all institutions.

    As stated in the article, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.
