Quicken not downloading American Funds brokerage accounts

I was using a basic quicken version for Mac. Quicken would not sync with my American Funds.

To get my American Funds to download to Quicken I upgraded to Quicken Deluxe for Mac.

There was a lot of mis information in the below post that is closed
